These tourist apartments are housed in a 19th century building in Ciutat Vella, adjacent to Palau de la Música and near to many of the city's sites.
The building has been renovated and divided into fully-equipped apartments for 6 or 8 people, there is also a lift. The apartments themselves are large and light and a perfect option for those wanting to feel at home when visiting Barcelona.
Near to the district El Borne, this is a fashionable area with a large offering of restaurants, bars, shops and designer boutiques.

Important information
Arrival:
Upon arrival in Barcelona, all guests must proceed to the property in order to collect their keys, directions to their apartment and a map of the city.
A breakage deposit of EUR 300 must be paid by credit card pre-authorisation at check in, which will be automatically cancelled upon departure, when the condition of the apartment has been checked.
Check in / check out:
All guests must check in after 14.00, and check out before 11.00.
Cleaning fee:
A mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 50 is not included in the rates and is payable locally.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
