Unique apartments situated in different areas of the city, and all well-connected with the heart of the city.
Individually designed and situated in privileged locations, this is ideal accommodation for discovering and enjoying this cosmopolitan city. All apartments have a fully-equipped kitchen and a lounge with double or individual sofa bed. If visiting Barcelona as a tourist, or for business motives, these modern and comfortable facilities allow you to spend a few days in complete privacy.
Important information
The property will contact all guests directly to arrange key collection once the reservation has been confirmed (an exact apartment address will also be provided). A contact telephone number will also be provided, which all guests should call one hour prior to arrival.
Check-in opens at 15.00. Those wishing to check-in or -out between 22.00 and 08.00 must pay an extra surcharge of EUR 30 (payment in cash in the apartment).
A breakage deposit of between EUR 150-500 (dependent on the size of the apartment) is required at check-in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
Pets and private parties are not permitted in the apartment.
Bed linen and towels are included, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.
