From Florence:
- Take the A1 motorway in the direction of Rome.
- Exit at Florence Certosa.
- Follow the road in the direction of Siena.
- Exit at Colle Val D'Elsa.
- Follow the road to Volterra.

From Pisa:
- Take the A12 motorway in the direction of Rosignano Marittimo.
- Continue until you reach the end of the motorway.
- Follow directions for Rome on the Roma-Rosignano motorway.
- Exit at Cecina Nord.
- Follow the signs for Volterra.
