The apartments are set in a fully restored villa, originally built in the 1950’s. The complex has regained all its original fascination after a thorough and careful renovation carried by the owners. Today it provides elegant and comfortable accommodations in the enchanting Castelli Romani area.
All suites are nicely furnished and offer all modern amenities, to make your stay as comfortable as possible, weather it is for business or leisure purposes. Each quiet and spacious apartment is provided with a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, making sure you get the most from both a short and a long stay.

The Residence Villa Emidia includes 7 apartments that can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. The apartments are situated in a completely renovated villa, originally built in the 50’s. A full and careful renovation has given the complex all its original charm.
The structure offers comfortable and elegant accommodations in the area of the Castelli Romani (Roman castles) famous not only for their antiquity, but also for its excellent wines, lakes, parks and the prestigious papal residence. All rooms are delightfully decorated and offer modern amenities that will make your stay enjoyable, whether you are traveling for pleasure or for work. The quiet and spacious apartments are equipped with a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and are ideal for short and long stays. Furthermore the windows in the apartments are double glazed and thus eliminate all outside noises, even though the area is extremely quiet.
Area information
The residence is located south of Rome, a few kilometers from the Grande Raccordo Anulare (Great Ring Road), near the Metro Line A, the railway station and Ciampino Airport. The strategic position of the residence allows you to reach with ease any parts of the city.
Travel information
By Car:
Take exit 21- 22 of Romes' G.R.A. ring road following the direction Grottaferrata - Anagnina. Make a U turn after 7 traffic lights and finally take Via Servilia, the second road on the right.
By Public Transport:
From Rome take the Metro line A to Anagnina (the last stop); there you must catch bus number 505 for 6 stops.

The residence has a guests-only entrance and an internal area for loading/unloading luggage.
