There is a bus stop just outside the hotel, bringing you to the main train station and Hamburg city centre in only 15 minutes.
The historic "Speicherstadt", the musical theatres, the exhibition grounds and the congress centre are all within easy reach.
Nearly all of our spacious guest rooms (approximately 20-43m² in size) feature a balcony, and most include a kitchenette with fridge and microwave.

All rooms come with their own balcony. Most balconies provide wonderful views of the Hamburg skyline.
The majority of rooms include a kitchenette featuring hot plates, a refrigerator and a sink. A coffee machine, water boiler, cutlery, crockery, glasses and cooking utensils can be supplied on request.

Following renovation and extension work in 2008, the hotel’s breakfast restaurant invites you to enjoy a comprehensive breakfast buffet and seasonal specialities in a pleasant atmosphere.

Saturday – Sunday: 07:00 – 10:30
The hotel bar is open daily from 10:00 to 23:30. This is the perfect place to round off the evening with a snack and a drink.
In addition, you find a vending machine containing sweets and drinks in the hotel lobby.
Area information
The hotel is conveniently located for accessing the city centre, the congress and exhibition centres, the harbour and its landing stages, St. Pauli, the historic Speicherstadt, the musical theatres and many of the city's other attractions.
Travel information
Arrival by car:
- Approach via the A1 motorway and take exit number 33 - HH-Billstedt
- Continue towards the city centre (“Zentrum”)
- Once in Eiffestrasse, turn left at the 5th set of traffic lights to enter Borstelmannsweg
- You will find the hotel on the left-hand side.
Arrival by public transport:
- From the main railway station, take bus number 112 towards Braune Brücke
- Get out at the stop Schadesweg, and you will see the hotel right in front of you
OR
- Take the underground line U3 to Hammer Kirche
- From there, walk for 10 minutes to reach the hotel
By plane:
- Take a taxi (for approx. EUR 25-30)
OR
- Takes the airport shuttle to the main railway station, and continue via public transport as described above

Reception is occupied from 06:00 until 23:00. If you intend to arrive later than this, please contact the hotel in advance.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
