Stay in one of our 30m² suites located in the city centre, just 900 metres from the main railway station.
The underground station "Lohmühlenstrasse" is located right outside our front door. From here, you can reach the harbour, the exhibition grounds, the river Alster and the famous Reeperbahn with ease.
In your suite you will find a complimentary bottle of mineral water as well as tea/coffee-making facilities.
A fitness area is also available at no extra charge, as well as a business area with high-speed internet access. Every Thursday we offer a 10-minute massage free of charge.
Hotel information
You can use the gym and its fitness machines around the clock. A free relaxing massage is available every Thursday evening.
You can make free, unlimited use of the business corner, offering high-speed internet access and a printer.
You are offered free use of a Smart car for up to 4 hours per day, provided you stay for 4 days or more, or are a member of the Ambassadeur club.

Room information
You will feel at home in the suites, which are 30 m² in size. The movable furniture and flexible layout mean that you can adapt the suite perfectly to your individual needs.
All suites are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette with a microwave and kettle.
The bathrooms feature a bathtub and shower. There is also a separate bathroom for visitors.
Food & beverage
The ‘Good Morning’ breakfast was devised by a dietician, and is available in the lounge from 06:00 until 11:00, or on a takeaway basis.
Coffee to go is available each morning so that you don’t have to set off on an empty stomach.
The hotel bar is called Comptoirs nomades and offers comforts along the themes of the 5 continents. The daily menu offers a selection of 15 dishes and 50 drinks from all over the world.
Apart from these, you can also enjoy a range of meals, treats, delicious desserts and drinks in your room at any time of day or night.

- Continue straight ahead along Fruchtallee, towards "Centrum"
- Continue along Schäferkampsallee, Schröderstiftstraße, the junction line, and Edmund-Siemers-Allee
- Continue along Alsterglacis towards "Fuhlsbüttel/City-Nord", and cross over the Kennedybrücke bridge
- Follow the signposts to the Elbbrücken and travel along the road Sechslingspforte
- Turn right into Lübeckertordamm and head towards the main railway station ("Hauptbahnhof")
From Berlin/Lübeck (A24):
- Head towards the city centre ("Zentrum")
- At the Horner Kreisel roundabout head towards "Centrum/Stadion" and continue along Sievekingsallee
- Turn right at Bürgerweide
- Follow the signposts to "Stadion/Centrum"
- Turn left at the next junction to enter Lübeckertordamm, and head towards the main railway station ("Hauptbahnhof")
From Hanover/Bremen (A1):
- Approach via the A1 towards Berlin/Lübeck.
- Follow the signs to the A255, in the direction of "Centrum"
- The motorway ends when you reach the city. Continue straight ahead here
- At Heidenkampsweg, go straight ahead at the large junction
- Continue along the road Bürgerweide and head towards "City Nord/Fuhlsbüttel"
- Turn left towards "City Nord"
- At the next junction turn left into Lübeckertordamm and head towards the main railway station ("Hauptbahnhof")
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
