Eschweiler spans both sides of the River Inde, and lies on a northern slope in the Eifel region. Surrounded by charming woodland, it invites you to go for pleasant hikes and walks.
The town is an ideal base for visiting the commercial areas of Holland and Belgium. Aachen’s Technical University and the Forschungszentrum Jülich (Jülich Research Centre) can also be found nearby.
Travel information
Approach via the A4 or A44 motorway, and exit at Eschweiler
• Head towards Eschweiler, going straight ahead at the junction (with McDonalds on the right-hand side)
• Turn into the first road on the right (Odilienstraße)
• Leave the roundabout at the first exit
• Turn right at the traffic lights to join the L238/Röthgener Straße
• Pass through the railway tunnel
• You will find the hotel on your left-hand side after approx. 150 metres
