The Raschhofer family has been running this elegant hotel for three generations and their hospitality and dedication are your guarantee of a pleasant stay. Quality and tasteful design can be found in all areas of the Hotel.
The Auersperg's special features are its quiet, romantic gardens and its rooftop sun terrace with a marvelous view over the city. The "Villa Auersperg" is located right next to the Hotel- all Hotel facilities are also available to our guests from the Villa.

The following is included in your room rate:
- All taxes and service charges.
- Buffet breakfast until 11:00.
- Rooftop sauna and steam bath with sun terrace.
- Bike rental with a city map for bikers.
- Video and DVD rental from the hotel's movie library.
The Internet terminal in the hotel lobby can be used free of charge.
The hotel is unfortunately unsuitable for disabled guests. There is a lift in the main hotel, but not in the adjacent Villa.
Room information
The hotel has a total of 52 guest rooms, including 32 rooms in the main "Hotel Auersperg" building and 20 rooms in the annex "Villa Auersperg". The latter building has 3 floors, with no lift.
Double rooms and Superior rooms are located in the hotel. Guests in the villa have complete access to all facilities available at the hotel.
Non-smoking rooms are available on request.

Area information
Centrally but quiet situated at the beginning
of the pedestrian-zone "Linzergasse", only a few minutes walking distance to the Mirabell Gardens and the historical Old Town.

Airport:
By bus:
- Salzburg's Airport (W.A. Mozart) is about 5 km away from the main station/city centre. The public bus number 2 takes you from the airport to the bus stop Stelzhamerstr. (duration approximately 30 minutes).
- Walk back in the direction you came in (about 10 metres) and turn left into the Auerspergstreet until Auerspergstr. 61.
By taxi it takes you about 15 minutes and costs around EUR 14.
Station:
By bus:
- Take the public bus number 2 in the direction of "Obergnigl" to the bus stop "Stelzhammerstr", approximately 7 minutes.
- Walk back in the direction you came in (about 10 metres) and turn left into the Auerspergstreet until Auerspergstr. 61.
By taxi: In front of the station many taxis can be found. It takes you about 3-4 minutes.
BY CAR:
A1 motorway exit Salzburg “Nord”;
- In the direction of the town centre (Zentrum) head straight ahead until the hill (Kapuziner Berg) is in front of you
- Then turn right and keep following the red hotel signs.
- The parking is free.
Important information
The hotel is not accessible for disabled people.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 28.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
